M. Asif Yaqoob Khokhar founded Khokhar Metal Industry in 1970 during the time
when Pakistan was going through an Industrial era of high growth and the local valve
consumers had just started to put faith in locally produced goods. The company
started off by producing Brass Foot Valves in a small workshop with handful of labor
and basic machinery. The aim was to locally produce valves that can beat cost of
imported ones from Chinese/Japanese markets while maintaining a reasonable
quality.
Today, after 50 years of focused smart work and struggle, KM-Industry handles more
than 30 Kinds of Excellent quality Valves that are available in diversified designs and
made of different kinds of materials including Brass and Stainless Steel. We have built
a system that carries out all the production processes on the casted materials within
one roof while putting certain Quality-Assurance checks on each of the processes to
ensure that the items meet all the specified international quality standards. The final
assemblies of each kind of valve also go through standardized Hydraulic/Pneumatic
testing units to ensure that they operate well in the Fluid pressure safe limits set for
each type of valve based on its application.
Valves are used to control the flow of water, air, gas, petroleum and many other fluids
to maintain our daily lives and support industries around the globe. Our valves are
often set in locations that are out of sight. These locations include places where water
continually flows, ranging from water purification plants to domestic or industrial
plumbing and sewage treatment systems; office buildings and hotels, where operation
of ventilation and air conditioning systems is essential; and hydrocarbon industries
such as oil and gas production and transportation facilities, petroleum refineries,
petrochemical plants and power generation plants, just to name a few.

with priority given to the regions that have the greatest demand for KM products.
Beyond the home market in Gujranwala, our priority market zones are centered in the
three key market regions in Lahore, Faisalabad and Rawalpindi, together adding up to
